On a personal note
As a bottom feeder (or what I perceive to be close to the bottom), I almost bought the Ultra Financials yesterday. Glad I did not.
I’ve had this house in my sights for the past several months, which is about five miles from my current house in Maryville, Tennessee. Its price has been reduced to only $3.9 million, from close to $5 million. I’m just dreaming, of course.
