Financials
February 10, 2008 by Tom Armstrong.
The financials do indeed look cheap, as this WSJ article says. If you have a long-term perspective, like myself, and you don’t want to pick individual equities, the XLF and other ETFs that track the financial sector could pay of handsomely within the next few years. The homebuilders look cheap too, but I’d have to hedge even a bet on the ITB in order to sleep well.
