Not free to choose

The public employees in Utah’s schools experienced a big win yesterday, with the state’s children suffering a big loss. It is unfortunate that the voucher program did not pass, but it is no suprise. I just regret it for the poor kids in failing schools, while their middle class and affluent classmates can switch to private schools or move to a better area.
